Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Non-Refundable Payment: All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Confirmation & Access: You will be contacted 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time with the lockbox code and an instructional video on how to access the studio. Studio Usage: The studio is available for photography and video services only. It is not an event space and cannot be used to host parties or gatherings. Studio Cleanliness: The studio must be left in excellent condition after use. Failure to do so may result in a loss of future access to the studio. Backdrop Paper: Please handle the seamless backdrop paper carefully. Under no circumstances should it be cut. Personal Items: The studio is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
